Humans have a long and deep connection with the plant world. We have been foraging for our foods and roots, picking stalks of medicinal leaves, gathering berries, making our tools and our shelter from wood and trees and shrubs. Every human would have had some plant allies, friends, enemies, or even strangers in the flora of their place on Earth. They would cooperate with plants to gain powers and knowledge, to heal and to kill, to grow food for men and animals.
Elie walks us through 40 plants from her gardens and neighborhood. She will discuss the planetary attribution of herbs and help us understand how to choose herbs and work with them as friends to our magics.
